2. How can we book a Helpee Care Service?

3. Are your caregivers qualified and trained to handle elders?
We hire experienced caregivers as well as from verified agencies. Our background checks enable us to certify our caregivers experience and character. All our caregivers go through our Geriatric Training Program from a certified Geriatric Doctor and Nurse.
4. What does a caregiver do for elders?
A caregivers or nursing attenders duties depend on the requirements of the elder. Do keep in mind that a caregiver only attends for assisted daily living whereas a nursing attender help elders medically at home.
5. What are the charges of caregiver services per hour?
A Helpee Caregiver is available for ₹199 per hour and can be booked for up to 10 hours as per your request. Caregiver clock-in shall begin as soon as they arrive at your residence and will be calculated and discussed with your dedicated care manager before the commencement of service.
6. What if I am not satisfied with the caregiver provided?
We ensure to provide a free replacement of a caregiver if found unsatisfactory.

8. What are the charges of Nursing Attender services per hour?
A Helpee Nursing Attender is available for ₹299 per hour and can be booked for up to 10 hours as per your request. Service clock-in shall begin as soon as they arrive at your residence and will be calculated and discussed with your dedicated care manager before the commencement of service. Please do note that additional charges may apply if there are supplementary care and shall be communicated by your dedicated care manager before commencement of service.
9. What are the charges of Companion Care for Seniors?
Helpee Companionship Care for seniors are calculated on the hourly basis at ₹99 per hour which includes tasks concierge, errands, activities & technology assist. Please note that any additional cost that may require for the facilitation of these tasks shall be communicated from your dedicated care manager before commencement of services.
