  • How soon must I cancel my task?
    You must cancel your appointment within the allocated time or will be charged an inconvenience fee.
  • Do I need to provide any of the materials or equiptment for home services?
    No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use.
  • How can I pay?
    We have all forms of digital payment options available.
  • What is the cancellation fee?
    Yes there will be a fee of 1/2 of the total cost for the service(s) scheduled.

Cancellation Policy

  • Any cancellation or reschedule made less than allocated period in the app will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services.

Satisfaction Guarantee

All aspects of the service are covered by the full-satisfaction promise of the guarantee. Explicit minimum performance standards on important attributes are included in the guarantee to reduce uncertainty.
